Hi again!

I'm 2 days now after the MC, with OJ and yesterday I couldn't hold my self and ate also some nuts and figs... but it went well! But the only thing I still wonder about is what about probiotics, Udo's choise and vitamins, can I already start taking it again???
I know all u guys say that it's all in the book, but I have the norwegian edition, and there, they only talk about taking pollen (bee product) to build up the body again, and don't say anything else..
So Rowan, pepe, somer, J.f. or anybody else with experiance from after Master-Cleanse period... do u have any idea/advice???
