I did it I had 3 water bottles I filled every day with potassium, C and borax.
And drank it throughout the day, but I did not feel well for what ever reason, so decided to wait till FL. I am going to start now just with the potassium so I can see how that works.
If I remember right the first time I read about it was on the V&G forum.
