If you have Seborrheic Dermatitis , diet is actually a big factor in improving your condition, but it also vary from one person to another. Keeping you skin moist using moisturizers can also help. In my case, I am using Manuka honey to avoid flare ups. I also avoid exposing my skin to direct sunlight.
