At home I tried daily bottles with vitamin C, 1 with borax and 1 with potassium. I liked the idea and took it over the day like V suggests but for some reason I had more aches and pains. Since my life there is different than here in FL I am going to try it again and do one thing at a time so I can see how I react. With constant having family over it is was too hard to have time for myself. Lots of wine and beer and not always eating the right food might have been part of it.
