I want to start supplementing potassium, I purchased LoSalt and it contains 450mg of potassium Chloride. Do I take it with my Sea Salt or alone? I had been taking it just with my Vit C powder. I want to have the right ratio of sodium , potassium, and water and be well hydrated but I find it very conflicting on curezone what to do. Sometime I feel dehydrated doing salt pushes and don't know if I'm drinking enough water or taking too much salt. I find it all very confusing. Let me know what to do :)
