Pepe! Those were not pebbles, those were boulders! OUCH. Well, better out than in I always say. Thanks for the info. regarding the RQ article, I don't quite recall the mentioning of IBS in that article, but the I suppose that the focus of that particular article was in fact her weight loss. So, although I am here to try to lose weight with the MC, I also will revel in the bounty of benefits of cleaning my system... How's that?
Still trying to get past my 1st hurdle though. I am starting over today since I caved in and had a chewing frenzy (3 dates, 2 ritz crackers and 1 cashew). Now I say yuck, but at the time it tasted marvelous. So back in the saddle again for me. Wish me luck - I just need to get past the initial 3 days, I heard after that the hunger pangs subside. ( I wasn't really hungry, the lemonade satisfies me - just needed to chew - does that make sense?)
