I was taking heavy dosages of pure coconut in vitamin form, along with turmeric, and high grade fish oil. I had diarrhea for 6 days, then I noticed the yeast. You can't miss the weird curled up shape usually tannish in color. After the yeast passed I wasn't so weak, but it took a couple of days to feel better and now I don't know if I want to restart the vitamins oils, anyone else with these products?
