Hello,

Tomorrow (10/28/14) I am going to begin a 30 day combined dry/water fast. It is my hope to dry fast for 14 days, however, if I make it 10-11 days I will be very pleased. I have dry fasted 7 days before, so I really hope to make it the full two weeks. After which, I will rehydrate/continue my fast for the remainder of the 30 days.

I welcome all the encouragement you can offer as I embark on this journey, because fasting is one of the most difficult things for me to do.

I will keep my post brief for now, but will try to keep you posted on how the fast is going.
