Personally, I wouldn't take anything at the exact same time as iodine... only because you really don't know what reacts and what doesnt.
As far as I know, selenium is a must... the rest are should haves. I take Iodine first thing after waking up and everything else an hour or 2 later.
I skip days on Iodine too sometimes, but I always take the selenium and cosupplements even on days I skip.
I don't want to leave any wiggle room for error.
