ok, i know that one shouldnt take Lugols together with vit.c

but recently i was shocked to read not to take selenium
along with lugols. coz i always took my vit. b2 and b3 , selenium and
lugols together.

now i wonder if all that stuff has just to be present / enough
in the system/body and if one could even take them other days. for example if one takes Lugols only all few days.
is it needful that all co supplements have to be taken the same day?
or even some at the exact same time?

i hope i ve made sense

which supplements do i have to take the exact same time
as Iodine , which the same day and which could i even take another day?
