Can anyone recommend a TMJ specialist? (or a few of them) I live in Toronto, Canada but willing to travel anywhere for the best.

My TMJ got worse after my third NUCCA adjustment. I think the chiropractor pushed too hard and afterwards I found myself waking up to catch my jaw during sleep. The joint has since become tight and stiff so it doesn't drop anymore.

I do not have clicking so it might be a cranial issue.

Also is it recommended to remove wisdom teeth before fixing TMJ? My jaw cavitation surgeon says they need to come out, one of my cavitations was underneath an impacted wisdom tooth.
