Hello
I have been taking high doses of ACV to reduce mucus buildup but my eczema has flared up really badly, I think for that reason.

My local supermarket does not sell sodium carbonate but only soda bicarbonate.
Will a teaspoon of bicarbonate a day be sufficient to increase the ph level?
