Several years ago, my nutritionist had a "eat for your blood type" chart.

The chart broke down each blood type and
the food best suited for that blood type..
Type A was the vegetarian diet.

It would be interesting if most of us with BO had the same blood type.

Although I love burgers, that is something I shouldn't do. Chicken and fish was OK... I think...Liver was OK as well, as if I want to eat liver...
