Hi,

Hope all is well with you! Your post made me laugh as my husband (who btw is very slim & takes no exercise, eats poorly, smokes & drinks beer) is always watching the Food Network! It drives me insane!

Anyway, this is my first day. I'm determined to get healthy again & to look really nice by Christmas/New Year's.

Ugh! That salt water flush is so revolting!
