Actually I am more concerned about they will limit the amount and acess to purchase iodine in Europe. I used to buy half a liter at the Asset Chemist in UK. Now they have no iodine at all.

The 15 % is equal to a standard 5 % in EU, they just count in the iodide as well as the iodine.
