women wanting relief from painful FBD or PCOS might do well to start with lugols. it has been proven effective. anyone fitting those categories and deciding to do Iodine for it might want to use SSKI 2% instead of lugols, i would reward such bravery with plenty of free SSKI 2% to experiment with.
