I don't know for sure, that's why I wrote two to three years. In the beginning the Iodine would just go right through me. I needed huge amounts to get a bit of effect. I don't anymore. Since the summer holiday this year I can take just a few drops of SSKI combined with a couple of drops of Lugols daily and I'm fine. So I'm guessing that the NISes are back.
