trapper I am starting to think that the Lugol/Iodoral ratio of Iodine/Iodide isn't the ideal anymore and it isn't well suited for today's average person. There's just so many toxicities (of halogens and HM's) that maybe the ENTRY POINT for everyone should be something similar to SSKI 2%. Only later you can play with Lugol/Iodoral.

Lugol was formulated more than a hundred years ago, where the detox reactions were probably way way way much fewer than now.

Dunno ... Just guessing.
