It's too late an hour for me to respond in full, but I would assert that your daughter is definitely dealing with multiple issues but the previous mention of mycoplasmas might be the most insightful as to long-term health and the roots of the problems. I have many documented sources that I can link for you and it's often explained that the mycoplasmas penetrate the cells and are resistant to things such as Antibiotics , etc. Here's one website that if you scroll down you can find specific mycoplasma symptoms, including ones infecting the respiratory system (but there are many): http://www.regenerativenutrition.com/content.asp?id=267
