My answer to your questions:

I reached mine conclusions by observing people suffering from digestive disorders, people suffering from peeling lips, people suffering from acne, skin disorders, etc.

By reading about people who cured those disorders.

30 years of observation.


No, I am not a medical professional, I am just an "informed" observer.

If you start observing people faces, you can learn a lot.
If you read books you can use that knowledge to learn more.

There are books written on facial diagnostics.
Books on iris diagnostics.
Books about GI tract.
Articles and books about Microbiota, effect of Antibiotics on Microbiota, etc.

Plenty of good info on CureZone, for you to learn , if interested.
