It's vita royal liquid idione potassium idiod in distilled water. So I talked to the biochemist a tsp is approximately 12.5 mcg. There also the creators of The New Iodine newiodine.com.
I'm getting all co supplements I need to move forward in the morning plus a free consultation from the biochemist. Now that I did more research I feel better about taking iodine.
