i take iodine, selenium and boron. zinc with copper. i was actually doing gram doses before i took up any other supplement. i have other things i take as needed. my herbs are cayenne and turmeric. thats about it.

i take what i take for multiple reasons, not the least of which is because i can. i get data on long term high dose. it doesnt feel like too much, for sure.
