I am going to test my cortisol & DHEA levels. Somehow I really get the feeling adrenal glands are the issue.

I don't have any access to the saliva testing in the country I'm living now though. It's either a blood or a 24-hour urine test.
What is the second approach worth ? It seems closer theoretically to the saliva test than the blood per se, and is a tad more expensive too.
