After much research and trials, I made liposomal vitamin c at home that matches the factory made stuff in effectiveness and quality. I wanted to share the results with everyone. Some forums say the manufacturers do something with nanotechnology that we can do at home. This might be partially true, but I found a few key things that made my home made stuff strong and able to continuously heal some sever chronic fatigue I have from heavy metal toxicity really effectively

First of all I used this site as my guide. It gives a different spin on the whole home made liposomal vitamin c thing.....http://www.qualityliposomalc.com/

This website, done by a chemist named Chris, points out that the liposomal home made "C" needs to have 12% alcohol in the recipe when you make it. LivOn labs does this and its in their patent. They claim its a preservative, but it is what helps make a consistent batch of microscopic liposomes. This brings up issues for some people, but without it, my batches were ineffective.

I did his recipe, making sure to chill the batch between blendings. I would also put it in the ultrasonic cleaner I have for 30 minutes at a time only. I processed my home brewed liposomal c in the ultrasonic process for 2 hours total.

Chris' recipe calls for much more Vitamin C to be dissolved into the mixture than other recipes. Check his recipe. I mix 160 grams of ascorbic acid powder in a one liter batch. I use a cheap kitchen scale and weigh things.

The other thing Chris does is he has you blend the lecithin right into the vitamin C concentrate, rather than blend it in water and mix it into the vitamin c mixture. I feel like this makes a big difference.

It is a bunch of work and it takes like 24 hours to make a 1 liter batch, but this last few batches of home made liposomal c I could feel in my body as being just as effective as the LivOn Lab stuff I was buying for $1 a gram.
i spend $100 a month on supplies rather than $300 a month on the manufactured stuff.
