For a beginner 5-12oz of urine may be overdose. Start in small amounts, one or two ounce of morning urine for a week then gradually increase to 4 oz of morning urine. Then drink palm amount only when you pee during day. This is from my experience. You adjust dosage according to your body response. Avoid UT during Antibiotic medication.
