Yeah, this is actually the 2nd functional doc I've seen. The first wanted to start me on a regimen of 20+ supplements so I thought I'd try for a "2nd opinion." This seems much more reasonable.

Do you think there's any harm in titrating up so slowly and/or not taking the licorice root at the same time in the beginning? I just don't want to make things worse by flooding my system.
