How are you feeling?

Mine was 3.77 before starting. Had some bloodwork done yesterday and now TSH is 63.1 and T4 is .548

Prior to Iodine I developed a lump in my throat and swollen thyroid after a cleanse (mid July). The Iodine makes the lump go away, so it has to be doing something good?
