My TSH was 4 when I started Iodine and now it's 10 after 3 months. I've heard that it takes 6 months for the TSH to start coming down and to see significant improvement, but I'm starting to lose faith. I know TSH isn't reliable, so I've also been taking my temp. It's usually between 97.8 and 98.3.
