All Soy is toxic and GMO. All processed vegetable oils and refined sugars and junk foods are toxic. Use coconut or olive oil. I hope you are taking multi vitamins/minerals. They all support the immune system with 3 to 6 grams vitamin ‘C’. reaserch; ’sugar the sweetest poison of all’ Lots of information on toxins.
