Bowel flush is a non issue, only a signal that your system is saturated with ‘C’ and that is a health place to be. Your body is saturated and the immune system needs a little less for maintenance only .
A hard stool indicates the immune system needs more ‘C’. Allergies often indicate a short fall of a vitamin/mineral or to much refine sugars and or to much toxic food like junk or processed foods with chemicals or maybe yeasts.
