Okay, that's good. I was getting worried...This time, I felt really dizzy the first two days. I couldn't even take a walk. I thought it might be because my tea had been sitting in the refrigerator for a number of months, so I stopped after two days and ordered some new tea from Present Moment. For whatever reason, I felt better with the new tea, although I was still tired the first few days. The tea also makes me depressed - I don't feel happy when I'm doing the kidney cleanse. That's why I stopped after 12 days, I like to be in a good mood. I feel a little tenderness in my kidneys when I do the kidney cleanse, but not much. Being tired and in a bad mood are my main symptoms. I always start the cleanse with a low dose and work up over several days to the full amount. I've never tried anything else and I don't have any symptoms that would indicate that I have kidney issues (no swelling under the eye or history of kidney stones), so I think I'll just drink the tea from time to time.
