Hello All... I have faltered and had two pieces of chocolate today, my day seven of ten. Any repercussions that I need to think about? Originally I was going to do seven and decided to go ten!

Also, I have added psyllium every other day. Very different, so far. and I like it. What about anyone else? I know it is a deviation, any thoughts on this as well?

Suggestions?
