I believe that you're only supposed to have 2-3 tablespoons of the tea in two cups of water at most. You may be using too much tea. I would start with 1/3 tablespoon...even starting with small amounts and working up, I still don't like the kidney cleanse. It never feels pleasant to me. I only made it 12 days this last time.
