Hi. I am after some help on sinusitis. It starts a few years back. Now, I dont have any problems around my nose - not running or blocked. However, I have pressures in my head and face. I notice that after I eat, the pressures intensify and I also feel foggy, and there is weakness or fatigue. I know sinuses are also related to digestion, so i have changed to healthy diet, i have been spraying with a saline and Colloidal Silver spray, and using homeopathic drops, but this is still going on. Would appreciate any suggestions about how to treat these deeper tensions - TCM / Herbs or whatever anyone else has had success with. THank you!
