See my post a few minuets ago and do it all together. If you have not take vitamin ‘C', before, you may have some reaction. Don’t worry about it, it will pass or take a little baking soda on the tip of a spoon.
I have taken 135 grams in 20 hours to cure an abscessed tooth, pain and inflammation. I have not had a reaction to ’C’ in 52 years.
