Ugh... this is making my head hurt.
When you say 100mg min, are you talking about total composition... or 100mg of the elemental part? That's actually what I wanted. 120mg of the elemental + however much of the KI that would come out to in the solution 240mg? as my baseline. Then the additional 1000mg of sski on top of that.
That was my target for 90 days and then re-evaluate and adjust accordingly.
