Hi Raphael, yes it's very frustrating isn't it. I really hope it doesn't take too many for us to start releasing them. It's weird though because I don't have any serious illness and I'm young so I thought it wouldn't take too long. The flushes don't make me sick either.

I might try taking more oil next time. So in the morning, you take another half cup of olive oil after your fourth Epsom Salts or fist thing? Do you take more Epsom Salts to make you go? Cause I usually stop going to the bathroom in the early afternoon.
