Thank you! The Ivermectin was prescribed for one day, 2x per day so I bit the bullet and took first dose on empty stomach. I drank tons of water. I did feel get dizzy, feel a little off, but countered with coconut water, more water and it's not as bad as I thought it could be. I will take second dose tonight before bed on empty stomach.

The albenza is also 2x per day.
