This is big... this may exain why these buggy type of things are so attracted to you.
I've read 100 times how certain things are attracted to people who harbor a lot of yeasts/molds. That may be key to kicking them once and for all.

Ivermectin you should probably take before bed (on empty stomach) so you can sleep through the side effects... and albendazole maybe with your last meal of the day?
It's hard to predict die off and reactions, but in my experience, ivermectin was roughest on the first dose and albendazole didn't produce die off until around day 5. Some people do have an immediate reaction though.
Keep your elimination organs open so you can dump the die off mess.. and keep your electrolytes balanced.
