Where you will see several choices for the reader to choose from:
1) Dr. Brownstein Protocol
2) The Lynne Farrow Protocol
3) The Dr. Buist Protocol

It is up to the reader to choose which protocol to follow. It is up to the reader to choose which co-supplements to take. Options are listed there as well.
