I believe Epsom "Salt" as an enema can be quite toxic. It is not actually a salt (sodium). It is a mineral, magnesium sulfate. It is a smooth muscle relaxer and used as a laxitive when taken internally. When you take it as an enema it can go directly into your bloodstream causing a magnisium toxicity due to lack of calcium. I do not understand why people still recommend this.

What you want is a natural and unbleached high quality Sea Salt this will not enter the bloodstream.

Have you tried cleansing from the top down? omit all forms of Sugar in your diet, and drink AVC in water as well as cleansing *sea* salt enemas and AVC & coffee enemas.

I used to be overrun with yeast as well. for many years, I cured with a very clean no Sugar or starch vegan diet for two months.
