I had a third mild heart attack back in early August. They put in 4 more stents and a few weeks later I got an ICD.
(I just practice heart attacks... I never intend to get them right)

I guess I will have to mega dose vitamin C soon with all the Ebola crap floating around. I don't do well with vitamin C tabs so I will probably try liposomal C.
