I didn't dream for 5 years. Once I started to supplement 2mg of nascent Iodine daily, I started to have vivid dreams (and nightmares however). One routine visit to the dentist happens, I get my teeth cleaned and polished with a fluoride paste and I stopped dreaming the day after. I restart taking Iodine and the dreams resume.
