What do you think about this ?

The intense/vivid dreams one often experience while under iodine, maybe aren't because the Iodine is removing fluoride from the pineal gland, but because it lowers stress hormones (cortisol, cortisone, etc.) and so it allows the pineal gland to function better (wether fluorinated or not).

"Supplement Iodide can help re-speed metabolism
because it helps to flush the anti-thyroid hormones
(Reverse-T4 and excessively high levels of T4) out of
tissues. This helps to re-warn the body and thereby
suppresses the production of stress hormones. Iodide
cannot entirely prevent aging, however, because among

Note : I think there's a typo error, where it says Reverse-T4, he must have meant Reverse-T3.

BTW, that also explains why Iodine helps the adrenals so much.
