In addition to living and eating as healthily as possible I would look at two primary supplemental items:

1. Oleander extract - the oleander based supplement Sutherlandia OPC was 100% successful in a double-blind placebo controlled study in South Africa at reversing HIV/AIDS symptoms.

2. Olive leaf extract (and PLENTY of it). There are reports of people having HIV eliminated entirely by taking lots of olive leaf extract, which is a well known and highly regarded natural anti-viral and pathogen destroyer.
