The caps are not By the Book, and Pepe in particular has a problem with them, but my naturopath recommended I take them and they have worked beautifully for me through two long fasts. I love cayenne with veggie juices, but with lemonade they give me an acid reaction. The caps work great for me. I take one 3x per day with lemonade. Cayenne is an awesome cleanser!
