if you followed the thread by somehow getting past your reading comprehension problems you would have gleaned the relevance:

that the megadosers are compensating for an incorrect diet.

normal doses of Iodine could be good who knows.

highly relevant even for a support forum.

nice try, keep pecking away.

meanwhile there are tons of posts on #your# forum about diet.
