When I took the papaya enzyme I took that alone. It works good up till a certain point. It will kill large roundworms in your upper intestines and stomach. I either a) fasted or b) ate very light and no protein.

This is a good way to bring a population down very quickly, but will not eradicate it completely, as the worms can go lower in the intestines.

My guess is that I killed 80% of the population within 1 week.
