Very interesting this, ive been making myself some homemade Sugar free chocolates using coconut oil, last year before this I ate one teaspoon full before I went to bed believing it to be healthy, result, woke up feeling very sick and was sick too. recent scan showed fatty liver, yesterdays visit to my kenesiologist showed allergy to coconut oil so sadly cant make these anymore.
