Haha love this :):) by the way special thanks for the insight on iodine, magnesium and useful book to read. I have suffered with systematic internal candida infection for years, sinuses. Head, neck, stomach and may be many more places, doctors would not recognise or offer testing, had to learn on here, forums, people with similar problem, I will definitely try what you suggested, already purchased stuff. At the moment taking probiotics and Sugar free diet. Thank you again and hope you are feeling better
